single leg calf raise on leg press

Sit up straight on a leg press machine and hold one leg bent with your hands. The forefoot of your other leg is placed near the lower edge of the platform with the heel hanging off and your knee straight. Press against the platform to point your ankle. Keep your knee straight and in a controlled manner let your ankle bend again. Repeat.
