Stand on a stable, tilted surface with one leg higher than the other.
Take support by holding onto a chair and lift the leg that is higher on the surface, balancing on the other leg.
This is your starting position.
When ready, rise up onto your toes.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position and repeat.
