Single-leg Lateral Landing on a Trampoline
Start by standing next to a trampoline.
Jump sideways onto the trampoline and land on one leg. Immediately after landing, catch a ball that your partner throws at you and throw it back, while still standing on one leg. Maintain hip-knee-toes alignment. Step off the trampoline and repeat.
Required equipment: Trampoline/trampette, Assistant, Ball - small
