Single Leg Pelvic Lift (Paediatric Model)

Lie on your back with knees bent.
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Keep the contraction and slightly pull your lower abdomen in. Lift your pelvis up off the floor, straighten one leg in line with the other thigh. Make sure that your pelvis is level. Bend the knee and roll down vertebrae by vertebrae. Relax your pelvic floor muscles.
