Single Leg Plank with Abdominal Curl

Plank with knees and hip bend. Assemble the loops and place one leg in the loops. Lie on your stomach with your elbows in the floor. Then pull the knee up to the stomach and stretch the other leg back, and back again. Keep the stability when you get back to the starting position.
