Single-leg Squat and Leg Sliding Sideways

Start by standing with one leg on a balance pad and a small folded towel or a slider under the other foot. Take support.

Squat down with the supporting leg and at the same time slide the towel/slider sideways using the other leg. Maintain hip-knee-toes alignment. Return to the starting position.

Required equipment: Towel, Wobble cushion / foam, Sliding disc, Chair
