Single Leg Squat on a Incline Board

Standing on the injured leg on the incline board. Hold on to the board in front of you with your hands.
Bend the injured knee.

Action: Bring the opposite side hip and knee up towards your hands allowing the injured leg to straighten at the same time. Then lower both back to the start position.
