Single leg squat on foam cushion
Stand up straight with a foam cushion or wobble board in front of you.
Step your affected leg into the centre of the cushion and cross your arms in front of your chest.
Once you are balanced slowly bend your knee and hips, squatting down a little way, then straighten up.
Repeat for the required number of reps while maintaining your balance.
