Single leg stance, eyes closed (Balance, single-leg, eyes closed, beside chair; 01)

Stand on your affected leg close to a sturdy object to hold on to for balance.
Once you have control, close your eyes.
Focus on the pressure going through the sole of your foot to help you maintain your balance.
Ensure you keep your head up and do not rest your elevated leg on your stance leg.
