Single leg stand with trunk and leg lean ("Hip hinge, single leg" Posterior chain strengthening)

Stand on your affected leg.
Keep your other leg and your back straight.
Slowly bend your trunk forwards while taking your elevated leg straight back behind you.
Hold this position before you slowly return to the starting position.
