Sit-backs ("Sit backs" Core/abdominal strengthening; 02)

Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your arms folded across your chest.
Slowly sit back as far as comfortable while maintaining a flat back, then return to the starting
position.
Make sure your feet stay in contact with the floor.
