Sit to stand practice - focus on reaching forwards
Sit on a chair facing another chair or small table placed close in front of you.
Place your hands on the table in front and reach as far forwards as possible.
After reaching return to upright sitting and repeat.
Try to reach a little further with every repetition.
As you stand up reach forwards press down on the chair in front and stand up tall.
