Sit to stand with 360 turn (Balance, sitting to standing, turning 360°)

Sit in a chair with both feet flat on the ground.
Start this exercise slowly and take your time.
Stand up from the chair and then turn all the way around.
You should finish with your back to the chair.
Sit back down in a controlled manner.
