Sit to stand with eyes closed (Balance, sitting to standing, eyes closed)
Sit on a chair with both feet placed firmly on the floor.
Close your eyes, lean forwards and stand up.
Find your balance and open your eyes.
Close your eyes to sit back down in a controlled manner.
Use the arm rests if you need or as directed by your therapist.
