Sit-up, twist, recline - with medicine ball ("Sit up, trunk rotations" Core/abdominal strengthening, with weighted ball, arms overhead; 03)

Sit on a mat.
Take the ball in both hands and extend your arms out in front of you.
Lift the ball up overhead, and sit back, touching the floor above your head.
Sit back up, then twist side to side, touching the ball by to the floor by each hip.
Keep your feet on the mat.
Repeat this movement.
