Sit ups with medicine ball throw (partner) ("Sit up" Core/abdominal strengthening, throwing/catching ball with partner)
Lie on a mat with a medicine ball.
Bend your knees, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
Hold the medicine ball between both hands and move it overhead keeping the ball just off the floor.
Sit up and throw the ball to a partner standing in front of you.
Your partner will return the ball and catch it whilst returning to the starting position.
Required equipment: Mat, Medicine ball, Assistant
