SLS dynamic balance – slider push and pull (Balance, single-leg, sliding cones to/away x 9, with opposite leg)
Place nine cones on the ground around you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Start in the centre facing cone three.
Stand up straight and transfer your weight onto one leg.
With your other leg push and pull a slider towards each individual cone, one at a time.
Repeat.
Required equipment: Sliding disc, Cones (saucer)
