Stand up straight close to a supportive surface if required.
Move your weight onto one leg.
Keeping your balance, move your elevated leg in a figure of 8.
Move it forwards and in, around to the side, diagonally back and in and out to the side.
Continue diagonally forwards and in, around to the side, diagonally backwards and in and out to the side.
As your leg travels in, turn your foot in.
As your leg travels out, turn your foot out.
Reverse the direction of your leg.
