SLS on step, elevated leg swings (Balance, single-leg, swinging opposite leg, on step)
Stand up straight on a step close to a wall for balance if required.
Stand sideways on the step and allow one leg to dangle over the edge.
Keeping your balance, swing your elevated leg forwards and backward.
Keep your body up straight.
Do not allow it to sway with the movement of your leg.
