SLS on wobble cushion and progressions
Place a wobble cushion or balance board in front of you.
Stand on one leg on the cushion and gain your balance.
Hold for the required amount of time.
Increase the difficulty by:
- Moving your arms
- Turning your head from side to side
- Throwing and catching a ball
- Closing your eyes
- Performing repeated knee bends
