Soleus stretch with support
Stand with a worktop in front of you.
Step forwards with one leg and place your hands on the worktop.
Keep your back heel on the floor and your toes pointing forwards.
Soften both of your knees, moving your body forwards, until you feel a stretch in the back of the calf.
Make sure your heel does not come off the floor.
Hold this position.
