Space Invaders (JEMS)

Start: Place a stretch band loop around your ankles and softly bend your hips and knees. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your lower abdomen.
Movement: Keeping your upper and lower body vertically aligned, move your body to the left by pressing out through your right foot. Keeping your left hip and knee aligned and the pressure under the centre of your left foot, bring your right foot across to join it.
