Spleen Meridian Opening (Yoga)

Hip width stance. Hands on the side, elbows and wrist softly bent, one hand on the navel level, one on the heart level.

Breathe in and lift the lower hand above the head.

Breathe out. Lower the hand to the other side. Follow the hand movement with your eyes.
