Squat with arm raise

Stand up straight with feet wider than shoulders width apart.
Bring your arms to your side and lift them towards the ceiling.
When ready, bring your elbows down to the side making "W" position with your arms.
At the same time, squat down to the ground bending your hips and knees.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
