Squats on a wobble cushion (Balance, standing, squats, on wobble cushion)
Stand up straight with a wobble cushion in front of you.
Hold onto a supporting surface if required.
Step your feet onto the cushion at equal distance from the middle.
Once you are balanced, if using a support, try to lift your hands up off the surface.
Keep your balance while you slowly bend your knees a little way and then push back up again to straighten your knees.
