Stability ball lumbar extension (Trunk extension strengthening, prone on stability ball)
Kneel in front of a stability ball.
Roll forwards over the ball until your pelvis rests on the ball.
Keep your feet on the floor at all times.
Place your hands near your ears.
Slowly lift your head, shoulders and chest off the ball, extending through your lower back.
Control the movement as you lower back down.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Mat, Ball - large
