Stability ball rolls in and out ("Hamstring curl on ball" Core stabilization, with pelvic tilt; 03)

Lie on your back with your legs on a stability ball.
Roll the ball in towards your buttocks and then roll it back away, straightening out your legs as you do so.
Your tail bone may roll off the floor a little as you roll the ball in.
You may feel a very gentle stretch in your lower back with this movement.
