Stability ball rolls in and out - heels together

Lie on your back with your feet on a stability ball.
Keep your heels together during this exercise.
Roll the ball in towards your buttocks and then roll it back away, straightening out your legs as you do so.
Your tail bone may roll off the floor a little as you roll the ball in.
You may feel a very gentle stretch in your lower back with this movement.
