Stability ball walkout in plank ("Plank on-the-ball" Core/scapular stabilization, walk out with hands)

Kneel on the floor with a stability ball in front of you.
Roll forwards over the ball until you are lying over it with the ball under your hips.
Place your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
Draw your shoulder blades back and down, and tighten your stomach muscles.
Keep your legs out straight behind you.
Slowly walk forwards with your hands while balancing your legs on the ball.
Only go as far as you comfortably can and then slowly walk your hands back.
