Standing active dorsi-flexion ("Toe raises" Tibialis anterior strengthening, standing beside chair)

Stand up straight near to a wall or a supportive object.
Place your feet hips width apart.
Keeping your heels flat on the floor, lift your toes up towards you.
Control the movement as you lower the toes back down, and then repeat the exercise.
