Standing active hip abduction DR (level 2) (Hip abduction drag resisted (level 2), leaning to wall)
Stand upright with a wall to your side.
Hold onto the wall with your nearest hand.
Step sideways from the wall with both of your feet, and assume a diagonal position with a straight line from your head to your feet.
Steadily push your top leg up towards the surface, then allow it to sink back to your other foot.
