Standing anterior & posterior pelvic tilt ("Pelvic tilting" Lumbar flexion/extension AROM, hands on table, standing)

Stand in front of a table with both knees slightly bent and both hands flat on the table.
Keep your gaze horizontal throughout the exercise.
Breathe in, tightening your tummy and buttock muscles to tuck your tail bone under.
As you breathe out, extend your lumbar spine by, pushing your tail bone out and arching your lower back.
Continue this movement.
Your upper body shouldn't change position.
