Standing bi-lateral ankle plantar flexion from dorsiflexion BA (level 2) ("Heel raises" Ankle plantar flexion, from dorsiflexion, buoyancy assisted (bilateral), (level 2), on step)

Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist on a pool step, holding onto the poolside.
Position your feet so that your ankles are hanging over the edge of the step.
Keeping your back and legs straight, drop your heels down towards the floor.
Push up onto your tiptoes.
Return to the start position and repeat.
