Standing bi-lateral shoulder flexion to 90⁰ BA (level 2) (Shoulder flexion to 90° buoyancy assisted (bilateral), (level 2), standing)
Stand up straight with the water at shoulder depth and a dumbbell float in each hand.
Hold your arms by your side.
With your palms facing down, slowly allow your arms to float up in front of you to the surface of the water.
Return your arms to the starting position.
