Standing bilateral shoulder abduction to 90⁰ BA (level 2) (Shoulder abduction to 90° buoyancy assisted (bilateral), (level 2), standing)
Stand up straight with the water at shoulder depth and your arms by your side.
Hold a dumbbell float in each hand.
With your palms facing towards your hips, slowly allow your arms to float out to your sides to the surface of the water.
Return your arms to the starting position.
