Standing elbow flexion/extension with paddles

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart
Soften your knees.
Hold a paddle in each hand with an overhand grip.
Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your trunk still.
With your elbows held by your sides, lift the dumbbell up against the water towards the surface and then press is down against the water towards the outside of your thighs.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
