Standing gluteal/piriformis hip adduction stretch BA (Piriformis/gluteals stretch, cross body, buoyancy assisted, standing)
Stand upright in the water holding onto the poolside.
Place an inflatable ring under the sole of your foot.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lift your leg, bending your hip to 90 degrees.
Keep your heel below your knee.
Bring your knee across your midline and feel a stretch in your buttock.
Hold this position.
