Standing Hip Adduction Machine
Adjust the thigh roller to mid thigh height and choose the weight you want to start at.
Stand tall facing the machine, lift the inner side of your knee against the roller. Take support from the machine.
Press your leg against the roller and move your leg towards the midline (hip adduction). In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
