Standing hip adductor stretch - version 2

Stand tall with hands on waist and take a long step to the side.

Keep one leg straight and squat down with the other leg until you feel a stretch in the inner thigh of the straight leg. Keep your feet flat on the floor and move your hips back. Hold the stretch before returning to starting position.
