Standing hip flexor stretch BA (Hip flexors/knee extensors stretch, buoyancy assisted, standing)
Stand upright in the water holding onto the poolside.
Place an inflatable ring under the sole of your foot.
Bend your knee, lifting your heel towards your buttock.
The inflatable ring will move to the front of your ankle.
Bend your standing leg.
Ensure you keep your back straight and your hips pushed forwards.
You will feel a stretch in your thigh and the front of your hip.
Hold this position.
