Standing hip lateral rotation BA (level 1) (Hip external rotation buoyancy assisted (level 1), leg forward 90/90)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lift your leg in front of you, bending your hip and knee to 90 degrees.
Leading with your heel, rotate turn your lower leg across your body.
Return to the start position.
