Standing hip medial rotation BA (level 2) (Hip internal rotation buoyancy assisted (level 2), leg forward 90/90)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Place an inflatable ring under the sole of your foot.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lift your leg in front of you, bending your hip and knee to 90 degrees.
Rotate your lower leg away from your body, leading with your heel.
Return to the start position.
