Standing Reverse Hip Rotations

Start by standing tall. Hands can be placed on your hips.

Lift one leg forwards and bring knee high. Open knee to side and while keeping your knee high, try to turn the bottom of your foot to point backwards. Bring the leg down from the side. During the exercise try to lengthen your standing leg, keep trunk upright and pelvis forwards.
