Standing in first position, weight transfer (Balance, standing, shifting weight, feet together, externally rotated)

Stand up straight with your feet together and legs straight.
Keeping your heels together, turn out one foot, and then the other foot.
Your toes should point diagonally away from one another.
Keeping your feet at this angle, rock backwards so that your weight moves into your heels.
Then rock forwards so that your weight moved into the balls of your feet.
Maintain your balance as you move forwards and backwards.
Hold this position.
