Standing knee flexion – Adaptive

Perform this exercise with your prosthetics on.
Stand facing a wall or other stable surface.
Take your weight onto one leg.
Then lift your other leg and bend the knee whilst keeping your thighs parallel.
Bring your heel toward your buttock.
Control the movement as you lower the leg back down and repeat with the same leg.
