Standing knee flexion squat BR (level 1) (Knee flexion buoyancy resisted, sitting back (level 1))

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside at a depth as instructed by your therapist.
You may need to use a pool step to alter the depth of the water. Stand upright in the water holding onto the poolside.
Keep your feet shoulder width apart at arm’s length from the wall.
Sit back into the water as if to sit in a chair.
Push your hips back towards the pool floor.
Return to start position.
