Standing resistance band ankle mobilisation (Ankle dorsiflexion ROM, mobilization with movement - with band, standing)

Place a band around both of your ankles.
Step your good leg back, keeping the toes pointing directly forward on both feet.
Lean into the front leg with the heel down, only using the back leg as resistance.
You will feel a stretch through the symptomatic ankle.
