Adjust the straps so that they are approximately waist height when hanging.
Start by standing and facing towards the anchor point and hold the end of a strap in each hand.
Keep your body in a straight line and lean back, so that your arms straighten to shoulder level (palms downwards).
Pull your arms straight out to the side of your body until you reach the upright position.
Feel the upper back muscles working.
Let your arms straighten to return back to the starting position.
