Standing shoulder flexion above 90⁰ BA (Shoulder flexion above 90° buoyancy assisted - stepping backwards)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Keeping your arms straight, slowly step backwards with both of your feet until you feel a stretch into your shoulders.
Ensure you do not hunch your shoulders up.
Hold this position.
