Attach a dumbbell to your prosthetic limb and hold another weight in your other hand.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or a wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides, and the intent of your palms facing forwards.
Keep your upper arms in place whilst you bend at your elbows.
Bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders and then in a controlled manner lower them back down.
